Do I need to make an appointment?

Repair Process
How long will my repair take?
The repair time depends on the issue and part availability. Simple fixes like a screen replacement can often be done in less than 40 minutes with iPhones being as fast as 10 minutes. More complex issues or custom jobs may take longer and can require parts, not typically stocked, logic board IC’s or components specific to whats damaged on that device in particular. We will always provide you with an estimated timeline after a free diagnostic and/or assessment of your device, and with the same sense of urgency as if it is our device.
Will you inform me of the repair cost beforehand?
Yes. After our initial free diagnostic, we will provide a clear, upfront quote for the repair and if any other costs or additional repairs may be associated with the process of that repair. We believe in transparency and we stand on that at all times. We will never proceed with a repair until you have approved the cost.
Is my data safe during the repair?
We take data security very seriously. Our technicians are trained to protect your personal information, and we very rarely do any repairs that require access points past any passwords being needed. In the rare cases when we do need access to test or troubleshoot, we provide options for you to be present and unlock your device while complete the repair process or we ask you to change your password temporarily while we test repair related functions.
